TEAM BUILDING & ACTIVE IN THE INTERNATIONAL SPORT ECOSYSTEM

Each SO has a HSO Ambassador that represents the SO and is  part of the network of Certified Healthy Sports Organisations.

Actively participating in the international sports ecosystem can lead to other synergies; SOs can share best practice in terms of employee health and well being.

What are we asking the Sports Organisations to do?

A willingness to prioritise the health and wellbeing of employees.

Have their employees surveyed and complete a health audit interview.

Appoint a “HSO Ambassador” from among their employees who will promote the initiatives to their colleagues and join a dedicated network of HSO Ambassadors from other Sports Organisations.
